Anne has been working in the software testing area for nearly 10 years within the Government Sector.
Her work in test management has elevated testing in the Government Department she has worked, to a recognised and essential discipline within any major IT programme or project. She has developed and put to practice a testing framework that can be adapted to any methodology and is presently in use in several Commonwealth Government Agencies. The Testing Framework promotes a common understanding of the testing practices and processes and is complete with templates and practical guides to testing. Anne has a passion for making sure that people understand that testing is not just the responsibility of the Testing area but rather everybody involved from conceptions to deployment has a responsibility to ensure the end result exceeds or at the very least meets the expectation of both the business areas and the user experience.
