| Biography: |
| Yann Gloaguen is a 7-years IT industry practitioner, the last two spent with SQS, the previous 4 with Mercury/HP. In his career he has been involved in the software development lifecycle from requirements definition (Business Process Testing - BPT) to implementation, as a support engineer, technical and pre-sales consultant, and manager. He is currently responsible for design and delivery of test automation projects with SQS where he also leads the BPT and Offshore initiatives |
