Only six exhibitors will have the opportunity to give a talk.
Exhibitors will have a ten minute slot in which to stand up and shamelessly plug your services and products.
The challenge is to do it without powerpoint slides.
You will be allowed one slide with your company name and branding on it, which will be displayed throughout your talk.
We would encourage you to be as interactive as possible with the audience and you will be able to hand out copies of your talk along with any other promotional material as you see fit. You may also give us your presentation before the conference to put on to the conference USB stick handed out to all delegates.
Your ten minute slot will be strictly timed and you will not be allowed to run over as this will cut into the time available for the other five exhibitors.
The talks will be advertised in the programme, on the website and at each of the presentations before the lunch break.
Mike Simons, editor of Computer World will be acting as the compère and will announce your talk.
The Brand Ambassadors will hand out flyers to people in the morning and will encourage people to attend. |
